Mikhail is promoted to Programme Leader

Mikhail has been promoted to Programme Leader, which is a tenured group leader appointment that also entails additional resources for the lab. The work supporting this promotion has obviously been a joint effort of the whole lab and our collaborators, so we are celebrating this as a shared achievement.
